By placing an order with Autumnlane, you agree that you have read and understood our Refund Policy, and you acknowledge the inherent risk of color changes during the flower preservation process. All custom orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit once preservation begins.
Autumnlane retains the right to use photos of the final artwork for marketing and portfolio purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
We collect personal information (name, email, shipping address, phone) solely for processing your order and communicating status updates. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Payment information is processed securely via third-party payment gateways and is not stored directly on our servers.
