Use a cardboard box with airflow. Avoid sealed plastic or cling wrap — they trap moisture. For petals or small blooms, use a plastic cup with tissue. Always keep the flowers dry.
Use a courier that values speed and care. Prompt Express is recommended. Avoid services that delay. Clearly label the package. Do not send via COD.
To begin your order, make a 50% or full payment. Once drying begins using silica, cancellation isn’t possible. Confirm your design and payment first.
After shipping, send us the tracking number via WhatsApp. We’ll confirm upon receipt, and let you know if there are any issues with condition or delay.
