Sending Your Blooms
Packaging: Use a sturdy cardboard box for airflow. *Avoid* sealing the flowers in plastic bags, cling wrap, or airtight containers, as this traps moisture and encourages rot.
Timing: The sooner your flowers are sent after the event, the better the final color and preservation quality will be.
Courier: We recommend reliable, fast express services (e.g., Prompt Express) to minimize transit time. Clearly label the package as "FRAGILE".
Caring for Your Resin Art
Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep your resin piece away from direct sunlight and high heat (such as radiators). UV light causes resin to yellow over time.
Cleaning: Dust gently with a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or chemical sprays.
Handling: Resin is durable but not unbreakable. Handle with care and avoid dropping, especially corner pieces.
